CP Group is investing approximately $50 million in capital improvements to the iconic Bank of America Plaza, located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. The 55-story building, renowned for its one-of-a-kind golden spire, will be reintroduced as “The South Star” by CP Group and funds managed by HPS Investments Partners LLC.

Gensler architecture firm oversaw the redesign while Holder Construction is leading construction on a 20,000 square foot lobby overhaul.
