Tickets and sponsorships are now available for The Goldie Initiative’s 7th annual Goldie Gala, which will take place on Thursday, September 21 at Wintrust’s Grand Banking Hall in Chicago. This special evening will feature “power networking” and live entertainment to support women in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. In addition to honoring this year’s Shero award recipient, The Goldie Initiative will introduce its 2023-24 cohort of scholars.
This year’s Shero is Mary Ludgin, Head of Global Investment Research at Heitman. Mary oversees Heitman’s work in ESG and has served as editor of the series on Climate Risk that was authored by Heitman with Urban Land Institute collaboration.
The mission of The Goldie Initiative is to prepare women for senior leadership roles across all sectors within CRE through scholarship support for graduate study programs, mentorship opportunities and networking events tailored specifically towards female professionals committed to becoming leaders within the real estate industry.
