Larkspur Capital is investing $60 million in The Larkspur Fair Park, a 293-unit multifamily community located near Fair Park. This five-story apartment complex will boast a fitness center, pool and street retail when it is completed in 2025. According to the Dallas Business Journal, half of the units will be available to residents earning at or less than 80% of the area median income while 144 units are expected to be offered at market rate.
The 415,000-square-foot development stands four minutes away from the Fair Park DART station and close proximity to Baylor Medical Center as well as an ALDI store make this project even more attractive for potential tenants. Additionally, an 18 acre Community Park Complex with numerous outdoor activities such as an outdoor café and picnic areas is scheduled for completion by 2025 nearby The Larkspur Fair Parks’ location .
Dallas based firm Corgan was chosen for undertaking design duties on this project’s construction plans .
