March Launch of Field Street District Office and Residential Tower

Pacific Elm Properties, an affiliate of Wood Partners, is set to deliver a 18-story office tower and 25-story multifamily high-rise as part of the first phase of a mixed-use development in the Field Street District. The project is estimated to cost $350 million and construction on the 915,200 square feet office space will commence in March with completion projected for 2027. Additionally, 300 units are planned for the apartment complex.
The Beck Group has been listed as design firm on filing documents while Woods Capital and Kaizen Development Partners partnered with Dundon Capital Partners to purchase parcels at 1012 and 1100 McKinney Ave back in 2019.
When plans were initially revealed about four years ago, this $1 billion Field Street District project included two residential high rises totaling 1.2 million square feet of office space along with a hotel plus 30k – 40k sqft amenity/retail space .
