Mortenson Properties, Inc. (MPI) has hired Dan Ryan as Managing Director to oversee all aspects of MPI’s activities from new real estate investments to asset management and enable the next phase of real estate asset growth. With nearly three decades of commercial real estate experience, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role at Mortenson. Prior to joining MPI, he spent 28 years at JLL in Chicago where he was President for the Central Region and responsible for firm markets’ teams and services across the United States.
As part of the Mortenson family portfolio companies, MPI is its equity ownership arm with David Mortenson serving as Chairman who stated “Dan Ryan’s extensive leadership experience and business acumen are vital in helping us achieve our goals; his vision as an industry leader along with key stakeholder relationships will drive company growth.”
