Mountainside Fitness plans to invest around $4 million into tenant improvement projects which will include full demolition of prior grocery store followed by full rebuild of fitness center that will employ 150 workers once complete.
The company opened its first location in 1991 with 19 locations now across Phoenix area; this new addition further cements their presence in Arizona’s capital city region .
