Integra Acquires Site for Mixed-Use Multifamily Community to Support Workforce

Integra Investments has acquired Lantana Village Square, a 19-acre shopping center, with plans to redevelop it into a mixed-use community featuring Class-A housing tailored for the local workforce. Utilizing the benefits of the Live Local Act, Integra’s redevelopment will provide quality housing and active retail that meets community needs.

The existing 165,000 square foot shopping center is set to be transformed by Integra’s vision for modern multifamily apartments at attainable rates in conjunction with complementary retail offerings. Located at 1001 S Dixie Highway near South Palm Beach and Manalapan Town, this property offers excellent access to Hypoluxo Road and is within one mile of I-95 as well as US 1. Boasting almost 19 acres in the tri county area east of I-95 along US1 makes this site an ideal find for such development projects.

This acquisition marks an exciting opportunity for Integra Investments’ mission to create high quality living spaces while meeting local demands through strategic redevelopment initiatives like Lantana Village Square project
