A joint venture between BLD Group and JSB Capital Group has announced the successful refinancing of a portfolio of three Class A multifamily properties in Florida. Two of these properties, V2 Apartments in Fort Myers (308 units) and Sunnyside Apartments in Panama City Beach (220 units), are currently undergoing lease-up. The third property, Sundance Trails Apartments located in Wildwood (336 units), is near completion.
Eastdil Secured provided advisory services for this transaction while Rialto Capital Management originated the $156.5 million five-year floating rate loan that closed on July 14th 2023.
