The $130 million JW Marriott Dallas Arts District is now open for business. Developed by the Sam Moon Group, DPR Construction, HKS and Looney & Associates all played a role in its five-year construction process. The hotel comprises 267 rooms and 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space across 22 floors at 800 North Harwood St.
In addition to lodging accommodations for guests, three restaurants occupy space within the hotel: Margaret’s offers ranch-to-table dining on the 11th floor; Vincent’s Sky Lounge serves small bites and cocktails with views of the Dallas sky; 800 North is a cocktail lounge offering wines and small bites alongside its cocktail menu.
Amenities include a rooftop pool with cabanas as well as 24/7 fitness center access for guests’ convenience.
