80% Completion Reached for Haverhill Adaptive Reuse Residential Community RISE

RISE, a minority-owned developer and construction firm based in Boston, has achieved 80% completion on the ‘Essex St. Lofts’ project at 86 Essex Street in downtown Haverhill, MA. This adaptive reuse residential community involves restoring a 7-story industrial building that had been underutilized for many years. The team recently replaced 210 windows on the historic façade and is now focusing their efforts on renovating the interior of this development which includes 42 residential units and ground-floor commercial space.

In addition to garage parking adjacent to the property and convenient on-street parking options, RISE plans to incorporate an art gallery space in the lobby of this project – providing local artists with an opportunity to showcase their work free of charge. With 80% completion already reached for this adaptive reuse residential community located at 86 Essex Street in downtown Haverhill MA., RISE is well underway towards creating a vibrant new living experience for its residents!
