Cresa President Greg Schementi announced Tuesday that Lawson Martin and Dennis Smith have each been named Managing Principal – Market Leader, overseeing the firm’s Greater Los Angeles and Orange County business operations. The duo will lead a team of 40 professionals in project management, transaction management and industrial services across the five-county LA region (Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura).
Their promotions are part of Cresa’s larger corporate expansion plan which includes opening several new offices in Southern California over the coming months. “Dennis and Lawson are integral members of our West Coast team,” said Schementi. “Their respective promotions reflect their hard work towards growing our business.”
Both Martin and Smith joined Cresa in 2014; Martin has provided real estate consulting services to many leading corporations throughout Southern California for decades while Smith serves a diverse client base with acquisition/disposition services for leased/owned/build-to-suit facilities as well as portfolio consulting services.
