Meridian Design Build recently completed construction on a 258,720-square-foot multi-tenant speculative industrial building for Stotan Industrial and Stonemont Financial Group in West Chicago, Illinois. Located on a 17-acre site at 348 Charles Court with easy access to Interstate I-88 and I-355, the Class A warehouse distribution facility features 36’ clear heights to accommodate up to 32 loading docks, four drive in doors, 212 auto parking spaces and 46 trailer parking stalls. Harris Architects provided architectural design services while Spaceco offered civil engineering services for the project which was 66% leased shortly after completion.
