CoStar Group has signed a lease for 45,700 square feet at Irvine Company’s One La Jolla Center office high-rise in La Jolla UTC. The online provider of real estate marketplaces, information and analytics plans to occupy the property’s fourth and fifth floors, bringing the property to 95% leased.

Bill Cavanagh from Cushman & Wakefield represented CoStar in this transaction as well as an additional 115K SF building at Spectrum Terrace located in Irvine which was leased earlier this year.
