Global Holdings, the international real estate development and investment firm founded and led by Eyal Ofer, has commenced leasing at its newly-developed luxury rental property, Anagram Columbus Circle. The 26-story residential tower is designed to provide an elevated living experience in line with its Billionaire’s Row neighbors.

Situated at the corner of West 60th Street & Broadway, the 340-foot tall tower was constructed on a site which originally held a mixed-use commercial property owned & managed by Global Holdings. The developer chose to demolish this existing structure for ground up building construction – allowing complete control over design elements.
