NewQuest Residential, an affiliate of NewQuest Properties, is set to begin construction in late September on its first housing project – a $62 million, 294-unit multifamily development as part of the mixed-use enterprise for NewQuest Properties’ 475,000-square foot Grand at Aliana in Katy. The class A development will sit on 11 acres and include 11 two- and three-story residential buildings with a clubhouse/leasing center. Unit mix consists of studios and one-, two-, and three bedroom floor plans ranging from 594 sf to 1,482 square feet with amenities such as swimming pool fitness facility business center with co-working spaces conference room event space grilling stations outdoor lounge with fire pits. This project is slated for completion by June 2025.
This new rental community adds to the already successful 99%-leased Grand at Aliana which includes shops dining medical services along with land reserved for future entertainment space developments.
