Newmark has added Christina Clark as Vice Chairman in its San Francisco Bay Area office. As a key leader in expanding Newmark’s Tenant Representation services, Clark will leverage her expertise to further the service line’s multi-market strategy and client services on a global scale. She is joined by Managing Director Matt Lehman.
With over two decades of industry experience, Clark is renowned for her ability to advise tenants such as Box, New Relic and Twitter on emerging best practices that help technology companies mature and grow their businesses. She will work closely with Newmark’s Global Corporate Services and Capital Markets groups to provide these solutions.
Prior to joining Newmark, both Clark and Lehman served at Cresa where they were Managing Principal & SVP respectively; advising occupiers on their global real estate portfolios – with Christina being named top producer annually along with chairing the Strategic Leadership Council while founding the Technology Practice Group too!
