CRST The Transportation Solution Inc. has secured a long-term lease for a 125,480-square-foot warehouse at 1090 E. Belmont in Ontario, located within the Inland Empire’s Airport Area submarket. The Cedar Rapids, IA based company plans to use the 11.2 acre site as its West Coast headquarters and establish a truck maintenance and logistics center there.
Jordan Decker and Adrian Boone of Stream Realty Partners represented CRST on the transaction; they were recruited from Cushman & Wakefield where it originated prior to their joining Stream Chicago’s tenant representation team . Kyle Kehner and Brice Larson of Cushman & Wakefield provided local market knowledge while Clyde Stauff and Jace Gan of Colliers represented Realterm, the landlord for this property which offers immediate access to State Route 60 less than two miles away from Ontario International Airport .
