Colliers has added a new team of four to its Oakland office, comprised of Executive Vice Presidents Charlie Allen and Anthony Shell, Senior Vice President Amber Merrigan and Associate Vice President David Goldberg. With 60 years combined experience in commercial real estate across the product types of office, life science, high-tech manufacturing and R&D/flex space between them, they will focus on landlord representation in the East Bay as well as tenant representation both regionally nationally and internationally.
The team brings extensive expertise representing institutional ownership groups for creative marketing & leasing purposes along with corporate office space consulting services including brokerage services & workspace strategies. They have represented some of the most renowned companies from Fortune 500s to seed stage start-ups throughout their careers prior to joining Colliers which was spent leading Avison Young’s Oakland Office.
