McNair Interests has commenced construction on a 221-unit apartment complex, with an adjoining 2,000 square foot cafe located on 24 acres off Beltway 8. The company recently completed the Remy on the Trails project – a 330-unit luxury apartment complex situated just across a three-acre lake from their newest endeavor. Currently 60% leased, the three building Remy boasts one to three bedroom units averaging nearly 900 square feet in size and features private storage, garages and surface parking as well as amenities such as pool with cabanas and grills next to an artificial lake with walking trail; club room and lounge; fitness center; bicycle storage; dog park; fire pits; outdoor courtyards meeting rooms private/communal workspaces plus electric vehicle charging stations. McNair Interests anticipates first move ins by summer of 2021.
Houston based Arch Con is serving as general contractor while Cadence Bank provided financing for this development project.
