The Fort Worth Cultural District is set to welcome its first luxury hotel in September, marking the opening of Crescent Real Estate’s major mixed-use development in their hometown. The 200-room Crescent Hotel will feature an 8,000 square foot ballroom and a rooftop lounge. Additionally, the project includes 175 luxury residential units and 160,000 square feet of Class A office space. To accommodate events and gatherings there are 14,000 square feet of event space across ten indoor/outdoor venues as well as an 8,000-square foot climate controlled courtyard tent.
