Builders Design, a residential design firm, has recently signed a lease for 15,641 square feet of space at Arcadia Business Park in Frederick, Maryland. The company plans to open the new location this fall and provide interior design consultation services to residential homebuilders, commercial real estate owners and the hospitality industry.
Arcadia Business Park is situated on 4754 Arcadia Drive with easy access to Interstates 270 and 70 as well as flexible space options. The business community consists of four single-story flex/R&D buildings totaling 160,000 square feet plus two high-bay warehouse buildings providing 240,000 square feet of space.
Danny Foit from St John Properties represented the landlord while Lance Schwarz and Brady Thompson from NAI Michael acted on behalf of Builders Design during negotiations for this transaction.
