JLL Capital Markets Welcomes Keely Polczynski from CBRE

JLL has welcomed Keely Polczynski to its Capital Markets sales team as a Managing Director. She will report directly to Senior Managing Directors Danny Kaufman and Jaime Fink, who co-lead JLL’s Chicago Capital Markets group.
Polczynski will spearhead the firm’s Midwest Retail Investment Sales platform in Chicago with Senior Director Michael Nieder, while continuing her focus on transactions involving urban and high-street assets in Chicago and across the United States.
Prior to joining JLL, Polczynski worked for CBRE for 20 years; most recently serving as Senior Vice President of their Capital Markets Institutional Properties team where she provided solutions for clients such as private equity funds, life insurance companies, pension funds and public/private REITS. Her impressive track record includes sales exceeding $5 billion which earned her a spot among the top 10% of CBRE brokers nationally. Additionally she holds both a bachelor’s degree in finance from Murray State University plus an MBA in finance from Northwestern University
