Fresno Shopping Center Anchored by Ross Sold by Hanley

Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors recently completed the sale of Ash Tree Square, an 80,877-square-foot shopping center at 1029-1077 E. Shaw Ave. in Fresno for a price of $15,787,200. VPs Alexander Moore and Sean Cox along with EVP Kevin Fryman represented the seller – a private real estate management group based in Orange County – while the buyer was a private investor based out of Oakland.

Built in 1972 and renovated just last year (2018), Ash Tree Square is home to Ross Dress for Less as its anchor tenant alongside Starbucks Drive-Thru, Wing Stop and Mountain Mike’s Pizza among other national/regional/local tenants; all located directly across from Fashion Fair Mall plus an 81 key Hilton hotel development near 25000 student strong Fresno State University campus making it quite desirable indeed!
