Swinerton is constructing three multifamily communities totaling $100 million in the Atlanta area. Nearly 150 affordable housing units and 300 senior living residences will be added to Lawrenceville, Marietta, and Mableton to address metro Atlanta’s “lagging affording housing inventory,” according to the Federal Reserve.
Currently under construction is HearthSide Lawrenceville – a 100-percent affordable senior living community with 140 homes for seniors in Lawrenceville. East Cobb Walk in Marietta features 132 senior living apartments plus retail and office space at a cost of $100 million redevelopment. Swinerton also serves as general contractor for The Millery in Mableton – a residential build that will include nearly 200 apartment homes at an estimated cost of $39 million .
Since expanding into the Southeast region 2018, Swinerton has constructed over $358 million worth of commercial and multifamily environments throughout metro Atlanta; almost 500 are either under construction or planned for future development.
