Global leader in quartz surfaces, Caesarstone, has signed a 35,235 square feet industrial lease at 10 Evans Street in Fairfield, NJ. The newly constructed property owned and developed by Stalwart Equities will serve as the Northeast distribution hub for Caesarstone. This location features high ceilings with parking spaces and loading docks to accommodate their needs.
CBRE facilitated the lease negotiations with Kate Granahan, Nicholas Klacik and Sean Dodd representing Caesarstone while Kevin Dudley and Chad Hillyer represented ownership of the property.
