Bridge Industrial, a vertically integrated real estate operating company and investment manager, has acquired a 115,000-square-foot industrial service facility in Linden, New Jersey. Originally built in 1949 and fully occupied by a truck dealership at the time of sale, the property has served as an ideal trucking repair and maintenance facility for many years. The Blau & Berg Company facilitated the acquisition on behalf of Bridge Industrial and the seller.
In order to maximize occupancy potential for this building located in Linden NJ., Bridge plans to make capital improvements to both its interior structure as well as its parking lot area with an aim towards full occupancy by Q4 2024.
