Cresa Acquires Brokerage Firm Vicus Partners: A Strategic Move for Growth

Cresa, a commercial real estate advisory firm, has announced the acquisition of Vicus Partners, an occupier-focused brokerage firm based in New York City. The nine-person team led by founders Bert Rosenblatt and Andrew Stein along with former COO Gabi Koshgarian will join Cresa’s New York office managed by principals Peter Sabesan and Richard Selig.

Sabesan commented on the addition to their team saying “The members of the Vicus team will be a great addition to our New York office. We have known them for many years and share similar philosophies focused on providing top quality conflict-free services for office occupiers.”  This acquisition is expected to strengthen Cresa’s presence in NYC as they continue their mission of delivering exceptional service tailored specifically towards tenants’ needs.
