Intersection Equities, LLC and Blue Vista Capital Management, LLC recently joined forces to acquire Riverside Business Park in Jurupa Valley for $19.5 million. The 122,000-square-foot industrial park provides a unique value-add opportunity with its strategic location west of Denver. Eric DeWees, Senior Director of Acquisitions at Intersection noted that they purchased the property at a substantial discount to replacement cost and plan on making capital improvements focused on increasing appeal for current and prospective tenants alike.
