Pepper Construction has named Ty Parshall to lead the firm’s Central Ohio office following the retirement of longtime executive Scott Haddock. Parshall, who joined Pepper in 2014 as a project manager, has taken on expanding responsibilities within the Ohio business, including building and mentoring project teams and supporting client relationships grounded in accountability and consistent performance.
Baird & Warner reported that Greg Phillips, vice president and designated managing broker of the company’s Northwest Suburban office, has been installed as president of Mainstreet REALTORS. In his new association role, Phillips will oversee initiatives in advocacy, professional standards, education and services for members. He brings more than three decades of real estate experience, having joined Baird & Warner in 1994 after an earlier career in the food and beverage sector.

Worrell will help grow PREMIER’s presence in that market and support deeper engagement with clients, partners and project teams. He brings more than 20 years of construction and development experience, including leadership on major New York projects with individual values reaching up to $175 million.
Brennan Investment Group has created a new senior leadership position and appointed Keith Hartley as director, head of technology, based at the company’s Rosemont headquarters. Hartley will oversee technology strategy and implementation across the organization, with emphasis on enterprise applications, data governance, cybersecurity, vendor management and broader business transformation efforts. He is expected to collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality, strengthen reporting capabilities and enhance overall technology resilience.
JLL Value & Risk Advisory has appointed Rosalynn Jovanovich, MAI, as senior director for U.S. transformation and strategic execution. In this newly formed role, Jovanovich will guide the deployment and integration of AI technologies across the firm’s U.S. VRA operations and work with executive leadership to roll out strategic initiatives intended to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. She arrives from CBRE, where she served as a QRM director for Valuation & Advisory Services, with responsibility for quality and risk management programs.
Walbridge, a full-service construction company headquartered in Detroit, has launched L5 Mission Critical, a new entity dedicated to delivering a full suite of data center services. The platform will cover needs from commissioning and site readiness through steady-state critical operations, retrofits and project management. L5 Mission Critical will be headquartered in Chicago and led by president and CEO Matt Landek, who will coordinate closely with Walbridge leadership, including John Rakolta III and the broader organization. Landek previously served as global president of JLL’s Data Center and Critical Environments business, overseeing a workforce of 2,500 employees across 340 data centers worldwide.
