Sterling Realty Organization (SRO) has expanded its executive leadership team with the appointment of Andy Campbell as Vice President of Land Strategy. The company described the move as a step in advancing its long-term growth and investment strategy, with Campbell taking on a central role related to SRO’s land portfolio.
In this newly announced position, Campbell will serve as a member of SRO’s executive team and hold primary responsibility for the firm’s landholdings and related development opportunities. His mandate includes helping the organization identify, evaluate, and move forward on opportunities tied to its existing land assets and future development pipeline.
SRO highlighted Campbell’s broad experience across multiple aspects of commercial real estate as a key factor in his appointment. His background includes development, joint venture structuring and management, portfolio strategy, investment strategy, and capital markets. The company indicated that this combination of skills will support its efforts to align land strategy with long-term investment objectives.
Campbell brings 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to his new role at SRO. Over the course of his career, he has worked across development, investment strategy, joint ventures, and capital markets, providing him with a perspective that spans both project-level and portfolio-level decision-making.
Before joining SRO, Campbell served as senior director of development at global real estate company Greystar. In that position, he managed new development initiatives and capital markets activities throughout the Pacific Northwest. His work there encompassed oversight of development efforts as well as engagement with capital markets to support those projects.
By adding Campbell to its executive ranks, SRO is formalizing a leadership role focused on land strategy at the enterprise level. The company is positioning this appointment as a way to connect its landholdings and development prospects with its broader investment and growth agenda, leveraging Campbell’s experience in development and capital markets as it evaluates and advances new opportunities.
