Allen Matkins, a real estate and business law firm, has added Elizabeth N. Thompson as partner to its San Diego office. She will be part of the firm’s real estate department and joint venture & equity investments practice group. Thompson provides clients with strategic advice on negotiation and structuring complex joint ventures for acquisition, disposition, or development of all asset types.
Thompson also helps publicly-held or privately-owned companies with corporate matters in order to meet their objectives efficiently. Her previous experience practicing in-house for start up companies to global NYSE listed life science REITs gives her unique insight into client needs when it comes to deal structuring and execution.
