New luxury room supply in downtown Phoenix near transit and convention demand points signals continued confidence in the market’s ability to support higher-end hospitality product.

Pacific Hospitality Group has begun taking reservations for the Denu Hotel & Spa, a new luxury property in downtown Phoenix. The 236-room hotel is located at 1 E. Adams Street in a newly constructed 17-story building, adding fresh hospitality supply in the city’s urban core.

The hotel’s wellness offering is anchored by the Solstone Holistic Spa, a Hammam-inspired concept that focuses on thermal rituals and immersive treatments. Guests will also have access to a broader fitness and wellbeing program, positioning the property to serve both leisure and business travelers looking for health-oriented amenities during their stay.

On the rooftop, the property features a pool with sweeping views of the city skyline, creating additional appeal for guests seeking a resort-style experience in a downtown environment. Inside, the hotel includes flexible meeting and event spaces designed to accommodate corporate functions, conferences and social gatherings, offering a range of layout options for different group sizes and uses.

Denu is situated steps from major transportation hubs, the convention center and a concentration of arts, culture, sports and entertainment venues. Food and beverage options include a lobby-level restaurant and lounge, a café and a rooftop bar, aiming to capture both in-house guests and local demand throughout the day and evening.

Pacific Hospitality Group operates a portfolio of branded and independent resort properties and is active in multiple western and Sun Belt markets. The company manages, develops, finances and owns hotels and resorts in California, Hawaii, Arizona and Texas. Across its platform, PHG currently owns and manages 11 hotels and resorts, totaling more than 2,463 rooms and 185,791 square feet of indoor meeting and event space.

The Denu Hotel & Spa extends PHG’s presence in Arizona and adds another luxury asset to its portfolio, which spans coastal, resort and urban locations. The project’s downtown setting near transportation, convention and cultural infrastructure aligns with the company’s focus on destination properties that can appeal to multiple demand segments.
