Harbor Custom Development, Inc., a real estate company specializing in all aspects of the land development cycle, recently closed on the sale of Mills Crossing townhomes in Bremerton, Washington for $14.25 million to Kitsap Community Resources. The local non-profit provides support for low-income individuals and families.

The 36-unit townhome project is located at 1003 Little Haven Lane just one block from Highway 303’s Kitsap Transit Center in East Bremerton. Each two bedroom two bathroom rental averages 1,425 square feet.
