SecurityScorecard has signed a five-year renewal of its full-floor headquarters at 1140 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan, maintaining its presence in the same location it has occupied since 2023. The cyber risk intelligence company will continue to occupy 8,475 square feet, which comprises a full floor in the building.
The headquarters space includes a large private outdoor terrace as well as collaborative workspace areas, features that are highlighted as part of the companys broader workplace strategy. The configuration is designed to support team interaction and provide employees with access to outdoor space directly from the office floor.
JLL represented SecurityScorecard in the renewal negotiations. The tenant representation was led by JLL Managing Director Valentin Stobetsky, who noted that the building and its location align with the needs of a fast-growing technology company.
On the ownership side, Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction. The agency leasing team included Josh Kuriloff, Matthias Li, Heather Thomas, Pierce Hance and Nicole Estevez, who collectively handled negotiations on behalf of the property owner.
Stobetsky said that 1140 Avenue of the Americas provides a premier Midtown address with strong transit access and modern amenities, positioning the office as an attractive environment for current and prospective employees. He also pointed to the expansive private outdoor terrace as a differentiator that enhances the workplace experience.
SecurityScorecard, described as a global leader in cyber risk intelligence, first became a tenant at 1140 Avenue of the Americas in 2023. By renewing its full-floor lease, the company is committing to maintain its headquarters in the Midtown Manhattan building for an additional five years beyond the current term.
The transaction underscores continued leasing activity for full-floor office space in Midtown Manhattan, particularly where buildings can offer a combination of central location, access to transportation and amenity-driven layouts. Both the tenant and landlord relied on institutional brokerage teams to structure and finalize the renewal.
