Bell Partners Closes 8th Value-Add Fund at $1.3 Billion

Bell Partners Inc. has closed its Value-Add Fund VIII at a hard cap of $1.3 billion in equity commitments from domestic and international investors, with leverage providing an investment capacity of approximately $3.2 billion for the new fund. The value-add investment strategy will acquire market-rate apartments in 14 target markets across the US, including Boston; Washington DC; Raleigh; Charlotte; Atlanta; Fort Lauderdale; Orlando ; Tampa ; Austin ; Dallas ; Denver , Los Angeles , San Francisco and Seattle . Strategies to create value include renovations, enhanced operations and investments in transitioning neighborhoods .

Hodes Weill Securities acted as placement agent for Fund VIII which follows 2022’s $930 million Bell Core Venture close .
