Mill Creek has broken ground on Modera University Park, a 234-unit community located in Denver’s University Park neighborhood. The property is expected to welcome its first residents in early 2025 and marks the company’s eighth ground-up residential development in Denver.
Modera University Park will feature studio, one-, two-, den and loft units with amenities such as a resident clubhouse, rooftop deck, grilling area, theater room pool table coffee bar and dog park as well as conference room co-working spaces private workstations bicycle lockers digital package lockers storage spaces. Mill Creek is also pursuing National Green Building Standard Gold certification for the property.
The location of Modera University Park at 2354 S High St puts it close to many restaurants retail options while being anchored by the nearby University of Denver campus.
