Worth & Associates has expanded its office holdings in San Antonio with the acquisition of The Commons at Concord Park, a four-building office campus totaling 108,116 square feet. The property is located at 300 E. Sonterra Blvd in San Antonio’s Stone Oak submarket. With this purchase, Worth & Associates’ owned portfolio now totals 3 million square feet.
The Commons at Concord Park is an office campus configured with a mix of single-story and two-story buildings. The layout is designed to serve a range of professional office users, providing flexibility for tenants requiring different space sizes and configurations. The asset is currently 85% occupied, indicating a largely leased property with additional room for new tenants.
At the time of the acquisition, the campus had 17,131 square feet of space available for lease. Existing suites available to the market range from 1,254 square feet up to 9,790 square feet, giving prospective tenants a range of options within the campus. The current tenant roster spans several industries, including construction, logistics, medical research, healthcare, and physical therapy services. This diversity of users reflects the property’s ability to attract a broad cross-section of professional and medical-related businesses.
Following the closing of the transaction, Worth & Associates immediately took over both leasing and property management responsibilities at The Commons at Concord Park. The company also plans to implement several capital improvements across the campus, although specific upgrade scopes and timelines were not detailed. These planned improvements are positioned to enhance the property’s appeal to both existing and prospective tenants.
On the transaction side, Shawn Gulley represented Worth & Associates in the acquisition. Todd Mills of Cushman & Wakefield represented The Commons at Concord Park in the deal. Brookwood is identified as a former owner of the property, but additional details on the selling entity, transaction pricing, or financing terms were not disclosed in the source information.
