CRE Market Beat Take
Expansion of Lee & Associates PNW’s retail advisory bench suggests owners and tenants in western U.S. markets may see more institutionally organized master brokerage options.

Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest has expanded its retail capabilities by bringing on a seasoned advisory team led by veteran retail real estate advisor Angela Oliveri. With nearly three decades of experience representing both landlords and tenants across the western United States, Oliveri and her team are joining the firm to help grow its retail master brokerage and advisory services platform.

Oliveri joins Lee & Associates as a Principal and Director of the Retail Division, underscoring the firm's focus on strengthening its retail service offering. Her background includes extensive tenant representation and landlord pre-leasing work for new retail developments, giving her insight into retailer requirements as well as ownership and project-level objectives throughout the western U.S.

The incoming team includes Senior Vice President Tej Asher, Associate Vice President Sebastian Camacho and Associate Vice President Antonio Oliveri. Together, they bring a coordinated practice that has worked with retail landlords and occupiers, with an emphasis on aligning leasing strategies and advisory services to project timelines and market conditions.

By moving its team to Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest, the group expects to leverage the firm's national platform, collaborative culture and full-service commercial real estate capabilities. The alignment is intended to allow the team to build on its existing West Coast presence while accessing a broader network of professionals and resources across multiple markets.

For Lee & Associates, the addition of Oliveri and her team marks a significant step in bolstering its retail division, particularly in advisory and master brokerage services. The expanded bench deepens the firm's ability to work with retail landlords and tenants on new developments and existing assets, supported by its wider U.S. footprint.

The move highlights the continued importance of experienced retail advisory talent as owners and occupiers navigate evolving consumer behavior, store formats and location strategies. While terms of the team's transition were not disclosed, the announcement signals a strategic commitment by Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest to grow its presence in the retail sector and support clients across the western United States through an integrated advisory platform.
