Foxlink Group has acquired Alliance Gateway 17 at AllianceTexas in Fort Worth, Texas, where the company plans to establish a new printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) manufacturing operation. The property, located at 4600 Alliance Gateway Freeway, will be converted into an advanced production hub for the global electronics manufacturer.
The facility totals 147,780 square feet and is expected to support approximately 900 jobs once operating at full capacity. Foxlink intends to use the building to handle key stages of its manufacturing processes, integrating its technology platform directly onto the production floor.
Founded in 1986, Foxlink Group manufactures a broad range of electronic components, including connectors, circuit board assemblies, cables, power supplies and battery packs. The company already incorporates AI-driven robotics, high-performance computing and intelligent security solutions into its operations, and those capabilities are expected to be central to how the new AllianceTexas facility functions.
The Alliance Gateway 17 building will be adapted to support critical phases of Foxlink’s surface mount technology (SMT) workflows, along with final assembly, testing and packaging (FATP) activities. By concentrating SMT and FATP in this location, the firm aims to create an advanced manufacturing environment that links automation, quality control and production efficiency within a single footprint.
Foxlink plans to embed AI-driven robotics and intelligent automation systems directly on the production floor at the new site. These tools are designed to work alongside high-performance computing resources and security solutions that are already part of the Group’s broader manufacturing platform, enhancing consistency and throughput across its component lines.
Production at the AllianceTexas facility is expected to begin in August 2026. As operations ramp up, the newly created jobs and the scale of the PCBA activities are positioned to add to the industrial and technology base within the AllianceTexas master-planned development.
Foxlink selected AllianceTexas based on the location’s transportation connectivity, access to a skilled labor pool and proximity to North Texas’ expanding advanced manufacturing ecosystem. The combination of logistics infrastructure and workforce availability factored into the company’s decision to place a major PCBA and advanced manufacturing site at Alliance Gateway 17.
