Madera Residential, a leading provider of luxury residential rental units across North Texas and Houston, has acquired another high-rise in Victory Park near downtown Dallas. The 26-story Cirque Apartment building was purchased from New York-based I&G Direct Real Estate for $2 billion. It includes more than 250 rental units with an average rent of over $3,000 per month and 95% occupancy rate.
The property features upgraded floor plans as well as amenities such as a seventh-floor outdoor orbit lounge, dedicated concierge and valet services, state-of-the art fitness clubhouse with private lounges plus heated rooftop pool and seasonal poolside bar service to ensure residents enjoy the best living experience possible. To finance the purchase Madera Residential secured a loan from MetLife Commercial Mortgage worth $62.4 million dollars .
