Link Logistics has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to oversee leasing for a 955,000-square-foot industrial portfolio at 1212 N. 50th St. in Tampa, Fla. The assignment covers six industrial buildings in the East Tampa submarket, with Cushman & Wakefield leading efforts to attract and secure tenants across a range of suite sizes.
Cushman & Wakefield professionals Lisa Ross, Trey Carswell, Sam Korolos and Melissa Watterworth have been selected to direct the leasing strategy on behalf of Link Logistics. Their role encompasses marketing the available space, engaging prospective occupiers and structuring lease agreements suited to both local and regional users.
The portfolio consists of six buildings that were constructed in the mid-1970s, offering a combined industrial footprint of 955,000 square feet. Individual buildings range from 75,000 to 245,000 square feet, providing a variety of configurations for different operational needs. This scale positions the property to accommodate tenants with both mid-size and larger space requirements within a single industrial park setting.
Approximately 208,750 square feet within the portfolio is currently or will soon be available for lease. The vacant or soon-to-be-vacant space can be divided into suites as small as 3,750 square feet and as large as 80,000 square feet, allowing the landlord and leasing team to tailor offerings to tenants with different footprint and growth requirements. This flexible suite mix supports potential demand from a wide range of industrial users.
The property is located in East Tampa and offers direct access to four major thoroughfares, according to Cushman & Wakefield. This transportation connectivity is positioned as a key advantage for tenants that prioritize logistics efficiency, including regional distributors and local operators that need reliable routes for inbound and outbound freight.
Ross noted that the combination of direct access to multiple major roadways and varied suite sizes enables the industrial park to appeal to a broad tenant base. That base may include growing local companies seeking their next phase of expansion as well as regional distributors looking for a central, logistics-friendly location within the Tampa area. The leasing team will focus on aligning available blocks of space with these diverse occupancy needs.
By bringing multiple leasing professionals onto the assignment, Cushman & Wakefield is positioned to pursue interest from different segments of the industrial user pool. The team will be responsible for highlighting the park’s locational strengths, the functionality of its existing building stock and the flexibility offered by the range of available suite sizes as they engage with prospective tenants in the East Tampa submarket.
