AWC will utilize its extensive experience in real estate development and hospitality to transform Hotel Plaza Athenee New York, located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, and the EAC building by the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok into two distinct Plaza Athenee Nobu Hotels & Spas.
The first of these properties is The Plaza Athenee Nobu & Spa New York which will be situated at 37 E 64th St within a nearly century-old building. This hotel marks Nobu’s debut venture into the city of New York with 145 rooms available for guests when it opens in 2026.
