Treetop Companies has acquired a four-building complex in Wall Township, NJ, for $40.5 million. The complex is located within the Monmouth Business Campus and includes flex buildings with loading capabilities and warehouse space ranging from 20,000 to 80,000 square feet. Charles Berger, Elli Klapper, Mark Silverman and Jeremy Wernick of CBRE negotiated the transaction between both parties while Jason Gaccione and Shawn Rosenthal from the same firm arranged acquisition financing on behalf of Treetop Companies.
