Lincoln Property Company has reported strong leasing momentum at Colonial Place, a three-building office campus situated in Arlington’s Rosslyn-Ballston corridor, where it serves as leasing representative on behalf of ownership L&B Realty Advisors.
According to the firm, the campus has seen a notable pickup in activity since October 2025, with 10 new office leases completed over that period. These commitments total more than 86,902 square feet and reflect both new arrivals to the area and existing occupiers adjusting their footprints through relocations and expansions.
The latest deals bring together a broad mix of tenants, underscoring the campus’s appeal to organizations across multiple segments of the economy. Industries represented in the recent leasing include energy, engineering, legal services, financial services, government-related users, and technology firms, highlighting diversified demand for space at the property.
Among the most prominent transactions, the Kuwait Cultural Office has signed a lease for 22,727 square feet at Colonial Place, reinforcing the property’s ability to attract institutional and government-affiliated occupiers. In a separate transaction, a renewable energy company committed to a 22,314-square-foot office, pointing to interest from the growing clean energy sector.
Consumer-focused and digital businesses are also part of the new tenant mix. Haypp Group, an e-commerce and technology-driven company, has leased 12,844 square feet at the campus, adding to the variety of user types now present at Colonial Place.
Lincoln Property Company noted that the campus’s leasing success is tied in part to its ability to offer a range of space solutions that can be delivered quickly. Correll Caulfield, Vice President of Leasing at Lincoln, said the property is connecting with tenants that are prioritizing flexibility and speed to occupancy in the current environment. He pointed to a spectrum of options available at Colonial Place, from move-in-ready spec suites to fully customized, turnkey build-outs tailored to specific business requirements.
By combining immediate-occupancy spaces with the capacity to complete bespoke build-outs, the leasing team has been able to address varying space needs among tenants from different industries. That approach has helped attract new-to-market entrants while also giving existing users room to expand or reposition their operations at the campus.
While full details on individual lease terms were not disclosed, the recent activity at Colonial Place illustrates how office landlords that can deliver flexible layouts and quicker delivery timelines are capturing interest from a range of occupiers in Arlington’s Rosslyn-Ballston corridor.
