Welcome to Yellowstone! Wood Investments Welcomes New Tenants

Wood Investments Companies, Inc., a commercial real estate investment company specializing in retail, has welcomed several new tenants to Yellowstone Gateway shopping center in Billings, Montana. HomeGoods and Sierra have already opened their doors to the public while Petco is set to open later this month at 2618 King Avenue West. The two stores occupy 42,217 square feet of space while Petco has leased nearly 15,000 square feet. Michael Walker and Katelyn Panella of NAI Business Properties are handling the leasing for the property.

CEO and President Patrick Wood commented on the high demand for new retail with multiple tenants missing from Billings: “Both HomeGoods and Sierra had big crowds at their opening; we expect similar results from Petco” he said. In 2021 Wood Investments purchased 5.19-acre property before redeveloping it into a 67,000-square-foot multi-tenant building ready for occupancy by these three retailers today!
