Strengthening asset services leadership on the Eastside supports owners and institutional clients that rely on scale operators to maintain performance across large, multi-owner portfolios.

Kidder Mathews has added industry veteran Craig Maturi, CCIM, RPA, LEED AP, as senior vice president and market leader in Bellevue, Washington. In his new role, Maturi is responsible for leading the firm’s asset services platform across the Eastside, with a focus on portfolio performance, property operations, and business development.

Maturi brings more than 20 years of commercial property management experience to the position. His responsibilities at Kidder Mathews include overseeing asset services for more than 6.5 million square feet, reflecting a mix of institutional, private, and governmental ownership across a range of property types.

As market leader, Maturi is charged with guiding the asset services team and supporting the firm’s clients as they manage and operate their portfolios. His work spans day-to-day operational oversight as well as longer-term performance strategies for properties under management on the Eastside.

Kidder Mathews President of Asset Services, Erin French, CPM, CCIM, highlighted the strategic importance of the appointment, noting that the firm has built significant momentum on the Eastside. She added that Maturi is viewed internally as the right leader to both expand the firm’s regional presence and elevate service delivery for its asset services clients.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Maturi managed major office portfolios in the Seattle central business district, giving him direct experience with large-scale urban office assets. His background also includes overseeing property management operations across the Pacific Northwest for national real estate services companies.

In addition to his regional track record, Maturi has led large real estate services teams and assignments across the U.S. and Asia. This combination of local market familiarity and international exposure positions him to advise clients with diverse investment and ownership profiles.

The appointment underscores Kidder Mathews’ emphasis on experienced leadership within its asset services platform, particularly in and around Bellevue and the greater Eastside. With a sizable portfolio and a client base that includes institutional, private, and governmental owners, the firm is aligning its management structure to support complex, multi-market property strategies.
