JLL has expanded its Technology Division leadership team with the appointment of Louise Dunne as Executive Director, Account Management. Based in Portland, Oregon, Dunne will report to Managing Director Justin Kenyon and focus on elevating service delivery for JLL’s portfolio of software and social media clients.
In her new role, Dunne is expected to draw on her background in global workplace strategy and corporate real estate management to support technology occupiers with increasingly complex space and operations needs. Her appointment underscores the firm’s emphasis on aligning account management capabilities with the demands of large-scale, fast-evolving tech platforms.
Dunne joins JLL following a 20-year tenure at Intel, where she built a career spanning workplace strategy, corporate real estate oversight and large engineering transformation initiatives. During her time at the company, she held multiple senior leadership roles that combined operational execution with long-range planning and portfolio decision-making.
Among her key responsibilities at Intel, Dunne served as Chief of Staff to the CEO. In that position, she led the executive office, orchestrated critical internal and external communications and represented the organization in high-level engagements with industry peers and government officials. The role placed her at the intersection of corporate strategy, stakeholder communication and organizational change.
Most recently, Dunne held the position of Vice President of Product Operations and Transformation at Intel, where she oversaw portfolio strategy. That work involved steering product-related operations and supporting transformation initiatives at scale within a Fortune 100 technology enterprise.
Commenting on the appointment, Rob Kolar, Global President of JLL’s Technology Division, highlighted Dunne’s experience leading strategy and operations from the client side within a major global technology company. He noted that this background provides a perspective that JLL expects will be particularly valuable in serving its technology-focused client base.
The leadership addition in Portland reflects JLL’s continued attention to strengthening its capabilities for technology-sector occupiers, particularly those requiring integrated workplace, portfolio and operational support across multiple geographies.
