Vornado Realty Trust unveiled the transformation of The MART’s redeveloped spaces, including a suite of world-class tenant amenities and revitalizations to the South Lobby and River Park, at NeoCon 2023 – one of The MART’s marquee design trade shows. Owned and operated by Vornado Realty Trust, The MART is an architectural icon in Chicago that covers 4.2 million gross square feet across two city blocks with 25 stories. An average 30,000 people visit each business day (or nearly 10 million annually).
The latest developments were designed by Vornado in collaboration with Gensler to deliver a highly visible transformation to the building’s plaza featuring a revitalized South Lobby; an extensive 23,000-square-foot health club; a 21,000-square foot tenant exclusive conference center; as well as updates for The MART’s outdoor public space – River Park.
