Vornado Highlights MART Upgrades at NeoCon 2023

At NeoCon 2023, Vornado Realty Trust unveiled the transformation of The MART’s spaces, including a suite of world-class tenant amenities and revitalizations to the South Lobby and River Park. Owned and operated by Vornado Realty Trust, The MART is an architectural icon in Chicago that spans two city blocks with 4.2 million gross square feet over 25 stories. This highly visible transformation was designed by Vornado in collaboration with Gensler to include a revitalized South Lobby, an extensive 23,000-square-foot health club facility as well as a 21,000-square foot tenant exclusive conference center for guests to enjoy along with updates made to The MART’s outdoor public space known as River Park. On average 30 thousand people visit this iconic building each business day or nearly 10 million people annually making it one of the largest privately held commercial buildings in America today!
