Designed by Vornado in collaboration with Gensler, these developments deliver a highly visible transformation to its plaza featuring a revitalized South Lobby; an extensive 23k square foot health club; 21k square foot tenant-exclusive conference center; plus updates to its outdoor public space – River Park.
The impressive 4.2 million gross sq ft structure spans two city blocks rising 25 stories high while welcoming 30K people each business day (or nearly 10M annually).
