Owned and operated by Vornado Realty Trust, The MART is an architectural icon in Chicago that stands as the largest privately held commercial building in America. Designed by Vornado in collaboration with Gensler, these developments deliver a highly visible transformation to its plaza featuring a revitalized South Lobby; an extensive 23k square foot health club; 21k square foot tenant-exclusive conference center; plus updates to its outdoor public space – River Park.
The impressive 4.2 million gross sq ft structure spans two city blocks rising 25 stories high while welcoming 30K people each business day (or nearly 10M annually).
